The annual Tom Miller Team Player Award honors employees who demonstrate great contributions to the team, positive team interaction, high customer impact, and quality outcomes. Employees are nominated by their supervisor for this award, which is named in honor of beloved former employee Tom Miller. Tom exemplified what it means to be a team player, and his eight years of service made a lasting impact on the Mister Kleen Team, our customers, and everyone he touched.

“I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Tom Miller for many years. Tom was a great person and a very hard worker who was always willing to help anyone with anything.

Alden Rowe shares these same qualities. Alden is a hard worker who takes on some of the most challenging assignments, including cleaning showers, washing windows, and cleaning grout, without complaint. He stays busy, and when he completes his assigned tasks, and asks management how he can help in other areas.

Alden is also a true team player. He is always willing to help both his coworkers and management. Examples of this include being flexible with any assignment, volunteering to assist in other buildings, helping coworkers reset their passwords, and assisting them with completing High Security training.
