We respond to requests verbally within 15 minutes of receiving a call on our 24-hour automated answering system, and take action appropriately on-site within two hours of the initial request.

Mister Kleen is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). The IICRC certification cannot be purchased – it is earned through study, experience and successful completion of formal, written examinations.

“The Chief of Staff of our 4th floor tenants relayed to me that Albert went above and beyond in detailing and cleaning the 4th floor spaces that were vacated last week. With zero prompting or instruction, Albert set about doing a deep clean of each cubicle and the adjoining common areas, applying special touches like cleaning the chairs, carpet, cabinets, etc. Adding to his normal daily cleaning duties, he rendered the spaces completely move-in ready for personnel arriving to their new space. Albert contributed directly to the morale and welfare of the new arriving personnel. His professionalism, collegial, and positive attitude reflect great credit on Mister Kleen and the entire staff. On a personal note, the entire Mister Kleen staff is to be commended for the continued exceptional job they do on a daily basis. Please pass on my gratitude to the staff for a job well done.”

We needed our blinds cleaned – they coordinated with us to schedule on a Saturday to avoid our work interruption. The crew finished the job quickly with no mess whatsoever. We had no idea the blinds could get so clean! We needed carpets shampooed – they scheduled after business hours to minimize office disruption. Again, this was done quickly and efficiently. The following Monday, everyone commented on how nice and clean the carpets were and the office smelled great! Taking care of this large office is no easy task: We are comprised of over 115 people in both offices and cubicles, as well as common areas and conference rooms.
