Depending on the needs of your facility, we’re able to provide professional carpet and upholstery cleaning during the day or after hours.
Our restorative and preventative carpet maintenance methods are designed to extract visible and invisible soils by using an array of cleaning methods. Such methods can include a light, medium, or deep cleaning of your carpets using various processes, such as:
Cylindrical Cleaning: A less aggressive process for short piled carpets using a cylindrical coil rotary brush designed to extract lint and debris.
Hot Water Extraction: A deep cleaning process in which high water pressure (hot water) is injected, and detergent to suspend soils is vacuumed (extracted) out immediately through a vacuum orifice as it’s being applied. Ultimately, hot water extraction is considered to be one of the best methods to rinse a carpet of its contaminants since countless gallons of water can be used during the cleaning process to flush a large amount of soil from the carpet.
Low Moisture Encapsulation: A fast and often cost effective method in which soil is released from the carpet fiber into an encapsulation solution. When using a low moisture encapsulation method cleaning can take place during business hours as carpets dry quicker. Also, the low moisture encapsulation is better for the environment as less water is used and being discharged to sewage treatment plants.
Rotary and Extraction Cleaning: One of the best overall methods for cleaning a carpet that has not been cleaned in a while. Using this method, matted stains are easily deep cleaned and restored as special rotary extraction power heads are used to remove all remaining residue. Ultimately, the rotary and extractions method can be an excellent choice when seeking to restore heavily soiled carpets back to their original condition.
Dry Cleaning: Also known as “very low moisture” (VLM) systems, as an absorbent (often a biodegradable compound) is evenly spread over carpets then brushed or scrubbed in. When using this method, carpets can be cleaned during business hours as they dry quicker. Also, the dry cleaning and VLM system is less labor intensive and better for the environment as trips to the janitor’s closet to fill and dump water are no longer needed.
*Please note: we do not do Bonnet Cleaning
Depending on the applications needed on your floors, Mister Kleen will use products that are environmentally safe.
Ultimately, with our restorative and preventative maintenance methods your carpets will not just display an excellent appearance, they will also have fewer allergens and bacteria for a healthier environment, and will live to see many more years filled with vibrant health.
