Our Special Services Division is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to handle any emergency clean-ups that may be required. We respond to emergency requests verbally within 15 minutes of receiving a call on our 24-hour automated answering system to obtain a clear understanding of the problem. We then coordinate the appropriate response and will have trained personnel on-site within two hours of the initial call.
