A National Harbor Residential Flood Requires Mister Kleen’s Emergency Assistance
Kevin Donohoe, Vice President of Commercial Management at the Peterson Companies, requested emergency assistance for one of his senior level staff members who experienced significant flooding as a result of torrential rain.
Christy Clark, Director of Field Services at Mister Kleen, put together an emergency response team to repair the water damage. Mister Kleen was able to remove the homeowners carpets and padding from the flooded basement, and assist four other neighbors with the same level of quality service.
As a result of Mister Kleen handling each job with superb professionalism, Kevin Donohoe’s boss, Tom Scavone, requested Mister Kleen’s service to handle a large amount of water damage in one of the Peterson Companies private homes. Ultimately, Mister Kleen was able to complete the job successfully by removing all unsalvageable carpet and padding.
To this day, the Peterson Companies continue to express their gratitude for the exceptional service Mister Kleen was able to provide, and they continue to recommend Mister Kleen’s quality service to several partners in the Washington, D.C. metro region.
“…In addition to providing regular janitorial services, Mister Kleen has also done disaster recovery cleanup on several properties. The team exceeded our expectations once again. Having provided turn-key recovery, cleanup, and restoration while keeping property management and tenant informed made very difficult situations manageable.”
