
Ernest Clark, Jr., CBSE
President
Active in the family business since its inception, Ernest has worked from the entry-level up. Starting with the company as a window washer in our Special Services Division, he has been involved in all aspects of the business. He was promoted to Vice-President in 1987 and ultimately to President in 1990. He is a member of the Mister Kleen Executive Committee. Ernest has devoted much of his time to continuing education and enhancing the image of the Janitorial Industry. He is a past-President of the Capitol Association of Building Service Contractors (CABSC) and in 1993 received the highest professional designation in the industry – Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) – from the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). In 1998, Ernest was presented the Distinguished Service Award by BSCAI and was inducted into The President’s Club. He has served two terms on the board of BSCAI and in 2006 was elected Vice President of BSCAI. In 2007, he continued that service as President-Elect of BSCAI and in 2008; he continues his service to the industry as President of BSCAI.

Dianna Clark, RBSM
Vice-President and General Manager
Dianna started with Mister Kleen Maintenance Company in 1980 as an on-site cleaning supervisor and has worked in all facets of business. She was promoted to Director of Operations in 1995 and ultimately to Vice-President and General Manager in 2004. She is a member of the Mister Kleen Executive Committee. She holds the highest professional certification for a manager in the cleaning industry - Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM). She interacts daily with our customers and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Mister Kleen. Our managers report to Dianna daily to ensure quality control at all levels of our operation. In addition, Dianna is a past-President of the Capitol Association of Building Service Contractors (CABSC).
Lynn Young
Controller
Lynn started with Mister Kleen in 2000. She is involved in all financial issues pertaining to Mister Kleen and is responsible for routine financial reporting to the Executive Committee and management of the Administrative Team. She comes from a retail environment with over twenty years of experience in Management and Accounting. She is also certified by George Mason University in Accounting/Office Management.

Vice-President of Security
Danyelle "officially" joined the team in early 2002, after working more than fifteen years at ExxonMobil Corporation. She joined the company to head up our ever expanding high-security sector. She is our primary representative to this industry and oversees all of the security related matters for Mister Kleen. She is an active member with the National Classification Management Society (NCMS).

Director of Specialty Services
Christy grew up around the day-to-day operations of Mister Kleen and represents the third generation of Clarks at Mister Kleen. She worked part-time while attending school and became a full-time team member in 1997. Christy has learned the operations of Mister Kleen from answering phones to front-line cleaning. In April 1999, she was promoted to the position of Director of Residential Services and in 2002, she was given the added responsibility of heading up our Special Services Division. Christy holds the RBSM Certification, as well as certification in Mold Remediation, Water Restoration and Stone Masonry and Tile flooring.
Krystal Dietz
Human Resources Manager
Krystal joined the Kleen team in 2007, and comes to us with a wealth of administrative experience. Her primary focus is ensuring that we maintain full compliance in our human resource department. She also oversees the management of our main office. She was awarded an Associates of Science Degree in Accounting from Bryant & Stratton College and in 2007 and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management Degree.

Executive Assistant
Terri joined the team in 2000, working in the Accounting Department for 4 years. She then took a 2 year break and moved to Colorado Springs with her family and returned to Virginia and Mister Kleen in 2006. She came back in the capacity of Office Manager/Human Resources Specialist. With an extensive knowledge of the company, she then moved to her current position as Executive Assistant to the President and the Executive Committee. She holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
Chad Clark, RBSM
Customer Service Manager
A member of the third generation of the Clark family, Chad has been involved in the family business most of his life working from the front-line and succeeding to the management level. With several years of management experience, Chad has a strong level of knowledge in all areas of cleaning and restoration, particularly in Special Services for which he earned certification in carpet cleaning from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration) in 2003. In 2006, Chad earned the prestigious RBSM certification and was ultimately promoted to Customer Service Manager heading up Quality Control in our buildings.

Assistant to the Vice-President and General Manager
Vanessa joined the Mister Kleen team in 2006 and comes to us with many years of administrative experience from various industries. Her primary function is to provide support to the Vice-President & General Manager, as well as our Customer Service Manager. VVanessa is a direct link between the operational team and/or clients and has proven time and again that she is a team player with a can-do-attitude.

Customer Service Manager
David joined the Mister Kleen team in 1999 as part of our administrative team and ultimately became involved in field operations as well as back office support. In 2004, he was promoted to Assistant to the Vice-President and General Manager and was the direct link between Operations and our customers. In 2006, David earned the prestigious RBSM certification awarded by BSCAI and was promoted to VA Metro Area Manager. In 2007, he was promoted again to Customer Service Manager where he currently works to ensure customer satisfaction.

Allison Palacios
Metro Area Manager
Allison joined Mister Kleen in 2003 and is a perfect example of promoting from within. She started as a light-duty specialist (LDS) and after only one year, she was promoted to Assistant Supervisor. Through hard work and determination, she earned another promotion to Quality Control Supervisor. Allison continues to prove that she is a team player whose main focus is on the quality of our buildings which ultimately earned her the promotion to Metro Area Manager in 2006.
Dawing Santos
Area Manager
Dawing joined the team in 2004 as a supervisor for one of our largest buildings. Realizing his potential, he was then promoted to Assistant Project Manager at the same facility where he spent considerable time in the management of the building. He was promoted again in 2007 to Area Manager where he oversees several of our Virginia accounts. He has two years of college education which he received in his country of Peru.
Milton Chavez
DC Metro Area Manager
Milton joined the Mister Kleen in 2002 and is a great example of promoting from within. He started as a cleaning technician and was so successful that he was promoted to DC Area Supervisor in 2005. Again, proving to be very capable and competent, he was promoted to Area Manager in 2008. He oversees several of our large accounts in the District and Virginia.
Rafael Alvarez
Area Manager
Rafael joined Mister Kleen in 2007 and comes with over 18 years experience in the industry at the management level. He started as a project manager and progressed his way to an Area Manager. His last 10 years was spent in the role of Area Manager. He has a wealth of computer experience which he gained through various computer classes.
