The indoor air quality industry began years ago with the 1970 energy crisis and moved into the 1980's with "Sick Building Syndrome." During this time, allergy and asthma sufferers rose an astounding 80%. In this day and age, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. House of Representatives and World Health Organization ranks indoor air pollution #1 for environmental health problems. The EPA further stated that 50% of illnesses are caused by indoor air pollution.
