Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, Inc. provides commercial cleaning services for high risk facilities such as government buildings, financial institutions and high tech buildings. We perform daily cleaning services for clients who require a high degree of security in their buildings including federal, state and local government agencies and their contractors.

Several High Security government offices in the Washington, DC Metropolitan region contract with Mister Kleen to provide comprehensive cleaning services. Our largest single facility is a Federal building located in Washington, DC consisting of over 1 million square-feet. Our skilled Cleaning Technicians possess the appropriate Clearances and must pass extensive background checks to ensure safety and security in these high risk facilities; many of which require daytime cleaning.

Our security cleaning staff has thorough knowledge and insight into the special requirements of the commercial cleaning industry, specifically as it relates to high risk sectors.

Day Cleaning: We're Right There When "Dirt" Happens!

In an effort to work with property managers and building owners, the cleaning industry is responding with ideas such as "day cleaning." In day cleaning, we do just that -clean during the day while people are working at their desks. We currently provide this service to several defense contractors who cannot permit access to their offices after hours. This can be a win-win situation for all involved. Tenants have an opportunity to meet our staff and put a face behind the service we provide. We are also able to better serve our customers because we are right there when dirt happens! We can immediately address a coffee spill or a conference room clean up.
