As Mister Kleen continues to grow, so does our commitment to training. We conduct various forms of training, from safety and proper procedures to new technology and methods. Participation is at all levels from the front-line to top management.
We have been particularly pleased with the new dimension that Dale Carnegie Training has brought to our managers. The personal and professional development skills that our people have been exposed to during this course have been phenomenal. We consider ourselves to be primarily in "the people management business," and by further developing our managers, they will become more effective in their daily dealings with their employees. We feel by making this investment in our people, we will further distinguish Mister Kleen from our competitors.
