Our entire staff is thoroughly trained in the appropriate usage and mixture of cleaning products, along with the proper use of all equipment prior to going onto a job-site. This is followed by extensive on the job training on policies, procedures and processes.
Both front-line and supervisory personnel receive frequent training on various topics to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge. Floor care, advanced carpet cleaning, and OSHA regulations, are just some of the industry related topics covered in our company training sessions. Some of the resources we use for training include national and local associations, our supply partner Daycon Products Company, Inc., and training provided by manufacturer representatives. We also encourage management and supervisory personnel to become IICRC certified, a premier certification standard for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries.
Kleen Quality: Mister Kleen understands the importance of quality in a service driven industry and devotes multiple management layers to ensure partner satisfaction. At each facility, daily operations are overseen by on-site supervisors who are the “eyes and ears” to advise clients of concerns observed in their day-to-day routines. On-site supervisors in turn report to an Area Manager who communicates with property managers and their essential personnel on a frequent basis.
Area Managers are always available, and they use a multi-tiered approach to ensure contracts, specifications, and client satisfaction is being fulfilled. Area Managers are in contact with clients on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to ensure that each client receives the highest level of service.
